We offer 9 premium AI models on a single platform — starting at just ₹449/month. Pay only for what you use. The Smart Router automatically picks the cheapest, best model for every query.

The idea came from a simple insight — most people make only 10–15 AI queries a day, yet have to pay for a whole month for each model. OMNEXO AI solves this with a credits-based, Pay-As-You-Go system.

Your data is stored on AWS servers in India — in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act 2023 and DPDP Rules 2025. We will take your explicit consent before transferring any data outside India.

• Razorpay / Stripe — For payment processing only. We do not store card details.
• AI Model Providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, etc.) — Only to process your queries. These providers follow their own privacy policies.
• AWS — Cloud infrastructure provider. Data stays in India.
• NO ONE ELSE — We never sell, rent or trade your data.

• Right to Access — View your data via Settings → Privacy → Download My Data
• Right to Correction — Update any incorrect details yourself anytime via Settings → Profile
• Right to Erasure — Delete your account to remove all your personal data, except records we're legally required to retain (e.g. financial/transaction records under tax law) for the statutory period
• Right to Withdraw Consent — Opt out of any data processing

Data is stored while your account is active. When you delete your account, your personal/account data is permanently deleted within 30 days, and backup copies are purged within their normal backup cycle (up to 90 days). Records we're legally required to keep — like financial/transaction records for tax and audit purposes — are retained separately for the statutory period required by law.

OMNEXO AI is not for users under 18. This is because Indian law (DPDP Act/Rules) requires verifiable parental consent to process a minor's data, and AI model providers also restrict direct use by minors. We rely on a self-declared age confirmation at signup, and accounts found to belong to a minor will be suspended.

OMNEXO AI is an AI aggregator platform that provides 9 premium AI models — GPT-5.5 (OpenAI), Claude (Anthropic), Gemini 2.5 Flash (Google), DeepSeek V4 (DeepSeek), Grok 4 (xAI), Llama 4 (Meta), Mistral Large 3 (Mistral AI), Kimi K2 (Moonshot AI), and Qwen 3 (Alibaba) — in one subscription. We are not the creators of these models — we provide API access.

• One person may hold only one account
• Account sharing is prohibited
• You must be over 18 years of age
• You must provide accurate information
• Account security is your responsibility

• Generating illegal content — harassment, threats, CSAM
• Use for spam or bulk messaging
• Sharing or selling account credentials
• Hacking or reverse-engineering the service
• Data scraping for competitors
• Violating copyright
• Deliberately spreading misinformation

• All sales are final — digital goods are non-refundable
• Credits are account-specific — they cannot be transferred
• Monthly plan credits reset every month
• Extra purchased credits expire in 6 months
• Credit costs may change for new purchases anytime. Existing active subscribers get 7 days advance notice before the change applies to their next renewal
• Use the free trial first — then subscribe

• Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled
• An email reminder is sent 3 days before auto-renewal
• With Autopay set up, credits auto-recharge when they drop below 50
• To cancel: Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription
• After cancellation, service stops at the end of the current period
• On successful payment: an in-app notification + email confirmation with GST invoice is sent instantly

We aim for 99.9% uptime. Advance notice is given for scheduled maintenance. We are not directly responsible for issues caused by AI model providers.

The OMNEXO AI platform, logo and design are the intellectual property of Baudh Singh Gautam. Rights to AI model outputs belong to the respective AI companies. Users may use their AI outputs per the respective AI companies' policies.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations without prior notice. In such cases, any remaining unused credits are forfeited and are not refunded — this is a consequence of violating our Terms, not a service issue on our end.

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Uttar Pradesh, India. Please try resolution by email first: baudhsinghgautam@omnexoai.com

Think of it like a mobile recharge — once recharged, it isn't reversed. So take the free trial first, try it out, and subscribe only when you're comfortable.

If your payment is successful but credits don't show up in your wallet, please email us with your transaction proof at baudhsinghgautam@omnexoai.com — we'll verify and resolve it promptly.
